This is an one hour weekly Sunday Kundalini meditation, mantra and gong class. No experience necessary. Come along to enjoy the group energy field, shift emotional and energy blocks, open your heart and throat chakras, ground yourself, and contribute to your own self elevation and the elevation of all.
