Life will never not contain curve balls, challenges and stressors, but once you are calm and centred within yourself, with a strong nervous system and positive outlook you can ride any waves of life with calm assurance. This requires, energy, stamina, an elevated perspective and surrendered action. In this month we will learn how to: ~ Down regulate the nervous system in times of stress or challenge. ~ Stay fluid and agile instead of contracting or imploding when under pressure. ~ Have to wherewithal to go within and manage your emotions so that you can engage from an elevated standpoint. ~ Have the energy to override your habitual patterning and align yourself with your highest destiny. ~ Develop your subtle senses so that you can reliably act on your intuitive impulses and greater awareness. ~ Switch gears, so that you can learn how to have an more enjoyable, deeply satisfying and deliciously playful experience of life. ~ Remember that we are all cocreating with the universe, and the more capacity you have, the more proactively you can be engaged with the game of life. This course will be a combination of; ~Specific kundalini yoga kriyas, pranayams, and mantras designed to get you out of a tight spot. ~Specific meditations designed to quickly take you within, find your centre, take stock and return as the calmest one in the room. The Course Includes: 3 live 70-minute sessions per week over a 4 week period - starting Monday 18th August Live sessions will be on Mon, Wed, Fri at 6am ACST. Replays are available for those can't make the live sessions. Replays will be available for 2 months once the course has been completed.
