'When the outer world becomes unstable, inner conviction becomes your anchor.' These classes will strengthen the nervous system for the times in our lives where we need courage and conviction to listen to our innermost truth and knowingness. As the world becomes murkier and less clear, we need to find an internal compass and have the conviction and courage to follow it. We truly believe that everyone who comes to practice with us is a future leader in their own right. Learning to align yourself with your own higher truth is critical to navigate these times. Physical Kriyas - We do them to strengthen the body-mind system. When the body is physically wobbly, your energy is wobbly too. There is a way to deeply strengthen the physical body which creates mental stamina and energetic grit. Breath Work - We will do breath work to unlock and clear energetic blocks and stagnancy from the system. These are often limiting thought-forms that have a gravitational pull. You need enough energy and momentum to break free from its magnetic hold. Mantra - is utilised to vibrate a new reality in the etheric realms, which we can then crystallise into this 3D realm. Sound technology, specifically these high frequency sound codes can reconfigure your reality. Meditation - Third Eye and Verticality practices to create a clear channel of intuitive knowingness which can often be drowned out by the noise of the world. This Course Includes: - 3 x 70-minute live online sessions per week over a 6 week period - starting Monday the 2nd of March, and finishing Friday the 10th of April (Total of 18 sessions). - Live sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6.00am ACDT. - Replays are available for those can't make the live sessions, and will be available for 2 months after the course. - The opportunity to practice within the energetic container and momentum of a global group energy field. - Private insta page to connect with and receive support and inspiration.
