This is a special 2-hour Equinox workshop designed to take you to the still point balance between day and night, in- breath and out-breath, manifested and unmanifested where the Forces of Heaven and Earth meet, and every thing in the creation is accessible and available. When we show up to this potent time window with the yogic angle of approach, all things are possible. This will include conscious intention, pranayam, Equinox Kundalini kriya, deep equinox meditation and Gong integration.
