This month we will be focusing on the Crown chakra often called the Tenth Gate in Kundalini Yoga. The Tenth gate is known as the spiritual gateway to Higher vision, Amrit (The Nectar of Immortality) and Ultimate Liberation. The Tenth gate is described as being sealed with hard and heavy doors that cant be opened up by human effort alone. Entry to the Tenth Gate requires a fundamental transformation of consciousness. Its not merely about self- improvement, but represents a complete re-orientation of consciousness. The process involves dying while still alive, the death of the false sense of self that sees itself as separate from the Divine. The Mind sky is the vast, boundless expanse of the inner consciousness when the Tenth gate is open. Its time to break through some of those barriers to your highest source of inspiration and aspiration. *Kundalini yoga has no levels, and no prerequisites. You don't need to have any prior yogic or meditative experience to gain significant benefits from the practice.
